In 2011 Eva Wendeberg started practicing Yoga, as it offered her a good balance to her Geoecology studies at that time, to both relax physically and mentally. She can still remember her first “Yoga moments” when everything felt coherent. More and more, Eva integrated the practice into her everyday life.

Eva enjoys a lot being connected with nature, whether during her work on sustainable development of society, in her education as a nature mentor or by just being outside.

For her, Yoga allows for authenticity and honesty with oneself, which is often lacking in everyday life. It is kind of a playful way to improve communication with yourself and be able to stand up for yourself more. And most important, to simply take time for yourself.

Eva is happy to pass this on to her students, since she completed the 200-hour training (RYS 200 h Yoga Alliance) with Manel Rodrigues in Lisbon, Portugal in 2018. Meditation trainings followed in 2019. In 2020 she started being part at the Precision & Flow Certification process with Manel that deepens her practice and ability to teach.

Currently she is based in Karlsruhe, Germany. Her classes include dynamic Hatha Yoga, combining held postures with flowing movements and the breath. She likes to add a quote, insight or inspiration from her everyday life that complements her classes.
