KIM LAWSON
CERTIFIED
Kim is known for her sense of humour, curious mind, and love of nature.
Fascinated by biomechanics and movement patterns, Kim enjoys learning about the body and sharing her knowledge of yoga, with the hope of helping others to bring conscious movement to their everyday lives.
After relocating from the UK to Lisbon in 2017, Kim completed her 200hr teacher training with the Manu School of Yoga. Curious to learn more, she continued her studies within the school to become a Certified Precision & Flow yoga teacher in 2021.
Kim enjoys exploring the modern evolution of yoga through the science of biomechanics, whilst maintaining the integrity and ancient philosophy of the practice of yoga.
She enjoys deconstructing and simplifying both movement and philosophy to make the practice of yoga accessible to everyone.
Her intention is to teach authentic, inclusive classes with adaptations to accommodate all practitioners.
Encouraging students to move with awareness, build functional strength and mobility, whilst exploring movement in a safe and sustainable way.
Due to a recent brain injury, Kim is not teaching at the moment, but will be back to sharing her love of movement with a big smile in the near future.
