After 10 years running her business, Catarina Lima shifted gears to seek true happiness. Even though she had been practicing Yoga since 2012, it was in 2016 that a huge spiritual and emotional transformation started for Catarina, and that was when she truly fell in love with the practice. Yoga had become a way of self-discovery and guidance for life.

In 2021, Catarina completed her first 200-hour teacher training with Manu School of Yoga, when she realised that she wanted to give back and share with others what had been for her the most amazing and deepest personal journey. She started teaching and at the same time started her new project – Namho, House of Yoga -a yoga Studio in Estoril that is the personification of this long journey. A place that is ready to welcome anyone like herself, that wants to pursue this path of truth and love.

She continues to study within the school to become a Certified Precision and Flow Teacher as she believes there is still so much to learn within this beautiful path of consciousness and spiritual growth.
